How Herefordshire helps
The company continues to drive progress with Herefordshire people to this day. They have developed an internal engineering department to drive improvements and invested in upgraded machinery. Additionally, Elite conducts an Apprenticeship engineering scheme to train local Herefordshire talent. Closely working with Herefordshire Council, we’ve been able to support Elite with grants for developments for their line upgrades, the fitting of solar panels to the roof of their facilities, and provided grants for the company’s upskilling efforts through our skill boosts programme. If you’re ready to innovate in business, Herefordshire Council is here to help drive advancing your organisation’s growth.
